Need to Return a product
To return a product at New Dawn Jewelry., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@newdawnjewelry.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

In general, New Dawn Jewelry. accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 10 days. However, New Dawn Jewelry. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 10 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:
FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES or PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to New Dawn Jewelry on returned items, and New Dawn Jewelry. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns after 10 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at New Dawn Jewelry discretion.
